  • Delivery & Service - within 30 miles (greater distance under special circumstances).
  • Evaluation of client for specialized products.
  • Evaluation of client's home, workplace, and feasibility for wheelchair accessibility.
  • Time and labor involved with trial fittings and product sampling.
  • Labor for warranty repair of defective products.
  • Instruction on equipment operation and safety to client, family and caregiver.
  • Follow-up with patient, caregiver, and/or family to check compliance and equipment performance.
  • Billing of primary or secondary payer sources.
  • Resubmit of denied claims.
  • Follow-up with physicians (progress and compliance).
  • Arrange for patient travel.
  • In-store health clinics (blood pressure, respiratory, glucose, etc.).
  • 24 hour emergency service.
  • Cleaning and assembly of equipment.
  • Maintaining well stocked showroom for product selection
  • Walk-in sales and service hours (9am-4pm with before/after hour appointments available).
