Below is a sample of the services we provide to our patients, in
addition to the medical equipment and supplies provided. These services
are provided as a support and convenience to our patients, at no
additional cost to you or your insurance program.
- Delivery & Service - within 30 miles (greater distance
under special circumstances).
- Evaluation of client for specialized products.
- Evaluation of client's home, workplace, and feasibility for
wheelchair accessibility.
- Time and labor involved with trial fittings and product sampling.
- Labor for warranty repair of defective products.
- Instruction on equipment operation and safety to client, family
and caregiver.
- Follow-up with patient, caregiver, and/or family to check compliance
and equipment performance.
- Billing of primary or secondary payer sources.
- Resubmit of denied claims.
- Follow-up with physicians (progress and compliance).
- Arrange for patient travel.
- In-store health clinics (blood pressure, respiratory, glucose,
etc.).
- 24 hour emergency service.
- Cleaning and assembly of equipment.
- Maintaining well stocked showroom for product selection
- Walk-in sales and service hours (9am-4pm with before/after
hour appointments available).
- Loaner products while client's product is in for service.
- Providing equipment in special cases prior to being able to
bill for them.
- Accepting assignment (accepting a lesser payment rate than
what is possible).
